At GoldLink, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy.
  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 7 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Assessment of Returns: All returns will be assessed before a refund is approved.
  • Cost of Returns: You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
  • Refund Approval: Refunds are at the discretion of  GoldLink.
  • Exceptions: Bespoke or custom jewellery cannot be returned.
